La chanteuse de jazz Laura Anglade, basée à Brooklyn, est originaire du sud de la France, mais elle a grandi aux États-Unis et a vécu plusieurs années au Canada. Les performances de Laura reflètent ses racines : riches en simplicité. Laura apporte clarté et profondeur à des interprétations inspirées des voix légendaires de Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald, Shirley Horn, Carmen McRae, Michel Legrand et Barbra Streisand, entre autres. Son album « Venez Donc Chez Moi », sorti en 2022, lui a valu une nomination aux Juno Awards et, en 2023, elle a reçu le Prix Opus du concert jazz de l’année.
Artiste internationale en tournée, Laura captive le public grâce à son talent inné de conteuse. Son style conversationnel comble le fossé entre la chanteuse et l’auditeur, rendant chaque performance intime et personnelle. Son talent artistique l’a conduite sur des scènes renommées telles que L’Olympia à Paris, le Royal Festival Hall à Londres, le Town Hall à New York, et elle est régulièrement invitée au Festival International de Jazz de Montréal. Elle a également participé à des tournées aux côtés d’artistes acclamés tels que Melody Gardot et Gregory Porter.
Le troisième album de Laura, « Get Out of Town » (Nettwerk Music Group), est sorti le 23 mai 2025 et a été accueilli avec enthousiasme, lui permettant de voir son public croître de manière exponentielle. Laura a participé à la série « Late Show Me Music » de Stephen Colbert, où elle a interprété sa version du célèbre standard de Rodgers & Hart, « Manhattan ». Elle continue de tourner et se produira en janvier 2026 au Winter Jazz Fest à New York.

Brooklyn based Jazz singer Laura Anglade is originally from the south of France, though she grew up in the US and spent several years living in Canada. Laura’s performances are a reflection of her roots: rich in simplicity. Laura brings clarity and depth to interpretations shaped by the legendary voices of Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald, Shirley Horn, Carmen McRae, Michel Legrand and Barbra Streisand, among others. Her 2022 release “Venez Donc Chez Moi” earned a Juno nomination and in 2023 she was awarded the Prix Opus for Jazz Concert of the Year.
An international touring artist, Laura has headlined jazz festivals across the US, Canada, Mexico, UK and Europe, captivating audiences through her innate storytelling. Her conversational style bridges the gap between singer and listener, making each performance intimate and personal. Her artistry has brought her to renowned stages including Paris L’ Olympia, London’s Royal Festival Hall, New York’s Town Hall, and a regular at the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal. She has also toured in support of acclaimed artists like Melody Gardot and Gregory Porter.
Laura’s third album, “Get Out of Town” (Nettwerk Music Group), was released on May 23, 2025 to tremendous praise and she has seen her audience grow exponentially.
