Jacqueline Novak est une humoriste et auteure qui se produit en tournée.
Son spectacle solo « Get On Your Knees » qui affichait complet à New York, notamment au Cherry Lane Theatre et au Lucille Lortel Theatre, l’a accompagnée en tournée nationale et internationale, et est désormais disponible sur Netflix.
Ce spectacle, réalisé par Natasha Lyonne, a été nominé aux Emmy Awards et salué par le Hollywood Reporter comme « l’un des spectacles les plus finement conçus et écrits que j’aie jamais vus ».
Elle co-anime le podcast « Poog » avec Kate Berlant, classé parmi les dix meilleurs podcasts de l’année par le magazine TIME dès son lancement, et parmi les meilleurs de 2025 par le New York Times. Novak est une invitée régulière des émissions « Seth Meyers » et « The Tonight Show ».
Son autobiographie sur la dépression, « How to Weep in Public: Feeble Offerings on Depression from One Who Knows », publiée par Crown, fête ses dix ans cette année.

Her solo show Get On Your Knees sold out major New York runs at the Cherry Lane Theatre and the Lucille Lortel Theatre, toured nationally and internationally, and is now streaming on Netflix.
The special, directed by Natasha Lyonne, received an Emmy nomination, praised by The Hollywood Reporter as “one of the most intricately conceived and written specials I’ve ever watched.”
She co-hosts the podcast Poog with Kate Berlant, named one of TIME’s Top Ten Podcasts of the Year at its launch, and Best of 2025 by the New York Times. Novak is a regular on Seth Meyers and the Tonight Show.
Her depression memoir How to Weep in Public: Feeble Offerings on Depression from One Who Knows, published by Crown, celebrates its tenth anniversary this year.
